Total: 21 Hours program, Total: 7 sessions in a week. Every day 3 Hour class for 7 days

Fee

For this course is US 190 $ per person (Non-resident Indians and foreigners) Indian Residents may please call for a query regarding workshop fees. (+91-7307642200). We can also provide accommodation according to the need of our esteemed guests. The cost of accommodation can vary according to the rooms. For the making of the payment, please click on this.

Timing

For this course, the timing is from Morning 6.00 AM to 9.00 AM. Otherwise, it can vary according to the choice of the group.

Note

This course is Non-Residential as well as residential which means Tourists can stay at our center in Holy City or they can make their own arrangement of staying in Amritsar. They are free to move around for shopping and visiting historical places after the course time is over. There is also the facility of Ayurvedic doctors for the guidance of Yoga, Power Yoga sessions according to body constitution. We can also provide the meantime course for Ayurveda Indian cooking or Panchkarma massages techniques.

Venue

The venue of the course is 98, Holy City, Guatemala Bye Pass, Amritsar. This area is situated near to the airport. It is on the main airport road. It is a very beautiful area almost surrounded by greenery. In the same venue, all Panchkarma massages and Indian cooking facility is also available.

  • One Week Intensive Course 14th July to 20th July 2014, 6.30 to 9.30 AM
  • One Week Intensive Course 14th August to 20th August 2014, 6.30 to 9.30 AM
  • One Week Intensive Course 11th September to 17th September 2014, 6.30 to 9.30 AM

However special demand of course between above dates could also be considered depending upon the availability of trainer and number of participants.

We also provide online yoga classes after enrolment.

Regular practice session on Yogasanas daily (as long as tourists stay in Amritsar)
